All rates include daily basic housekeeping and complimentary, self-serve coffee & tea and continental breakfast. THERE ARE NO ADDED CLEANING FEES, SERVICE FEES, OR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES ADDED TO THE POSTED NIGHTLY ROOM RATES PLUS STATE AND LOCAL TAX.

Deposits:
Standard Rate Reservations require a deposit equal to the one night’s room charge to lock in a reservation, with the full balance due at check-in time.
Holiday Rate reservations require a 50% deposit with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Taxes: A 5% state hotel tax and 5% city tax is added to all bills, (totaling 10%) effective Jan. 1, 2025.
Reservations are not transferable.
Cancellations: For non-holiday bookings, notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to check-in date for a refund of the deposit, minus a $50 administrative fee. We regret that we cannot offer a refund if less than 30 days cancellation notice is received.
For all holiday period bookings, notice of cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to check-in date for a refund of the deposit, also minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds are given for shortened stays.

ANY GUESTS UNDER AGE 21 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES BY THEIR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.
ALL GUESTS MUST PRESENT CURRENT, GOVERNMENT-ISSUED IDENTIFICATION (DRIVER’S LICENSE OR PASSPORT) AT CHECK-IN.
Smoking: Allowed only in outside areas.
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS are allowed on the property, for safety and legal liability reasons.
