Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit

All rates include daily basic housekeeping and complimentary, self-serve coffee & tea and light breakfast snacks.  THERE ARE NO ADDED CLEANING FEES, SERVICE FEES, OR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES ADDED TO THE POSTED NIGHTLY ROOM RATES PLUS STATE AND LOCAL TAX.

Payments:  Accepted in advance online via PayPal or Zelle, using our email address: coulonguesthouse@yahoo.com   (Zelle payments are preferred.)

Credit card payments can be made only via PayPal.

(Please note:  Holiday or special-event bookings require a minimum-night stay. You will be informed when this is the case.)

Deposits: 

Standard Rate Reservations require a deposit equal to the one night’s room charge to lock in a reservation, with the full balance due 30 days prior to check-in.

Holiday Rate reservations require a 50% deposit with full balance due 60 days prior to check-in.

Taxes:  A 5% state hotel tax and 5% city tax is added to all bills, (totaling 10%)  effective Jan. 1, 2025.

Reservations are not transferable.

Cancellations: 

For non-holiday period bookings, notice of cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to check-in date for a refund of the deposit, minus a $75 administrative fee. We regret that we cannot offer a refund if less than 60 days cancellation notice is received.   No refunds are given for shortened stays.  

For all holiday period bookings, notice of cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to check-in date for a refund of the deposit, also minus a $75 administrative fee. No refunds are given for shortened stays. 

POLICIES:

Children & Pets:  We are sorry, but at this time we are unable to accommodate children under age 15, or pets/animals of any kind.

ANY GUESTS UNDER AGE 21 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED ON THE GUEST HOUSE PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.  

ALL GUESTS MUST PRESENT CURRENT, GOVERNMENT-ISSUED IDENTIFICATION (DRIVER’S LICENSE OR PASSPORT) AT CHECK-IN.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.   

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Early check-in or late check-out/luggage storage may require an additional charge.

Smoking:  Allowed only in the courtyard.

NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS are allowed on the property, for safety, security and legal liability reasons.

VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE POLICIES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.
